National Apprenticeship Week is back for it’s 16th year of annual celebrations

The week highlights the importance of apprenticeships and the positive impact they can have on the careers of people from all ages and backgrounds, as well as businesses and the wider socio-economic effects on local communities.

Apprenticeships are particularly important within the construction industry as they are crucial to addressing the skills shortages.

As a collective, our framework partners are committed to providing opportunities for apprentices through employment and training initiatives. Some great examples of this are SCAPE providing 236 weeks of training on site in the last 12 months and also MHA+ almost doubling their target for apprentice starts (as of October 2022).
